Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) makes communities safer and more resilient to the impact of natural disasters. At AAN, we understand the value of capacity building in DRR for mitigating the potential vulnerability of a system, society or community.

Therefore, this ideology is an integral component of our social and economic development efforts. We support governments, and donor agencies develop DRR strategies & policies, child-centred Disaster Risk Management (DRM) and Early Warning Systems for fortifying communities.
