Social welfare protection covers the range of policies and programmes needed to reduce the life-long consequences of poverty and exclusion. Over the years, AAN has developed a firm understanding of social support for citizens, primarily focusing on child rights, child protection and violence against children.
AAN focuses on child protection, child rights, and violence against children, birth registrations, child labour and child protection laws/policies, and, to some extent, poverty alleviation, microfinance, culture and heritage.
