What We Do
Gender equality is a fundamental component for the foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world as one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals outlined by the UN. Gender and development are key focus areas for AAN Associates. Understanding and appreciating the significance of Gender and Development is key to building more resilient and gender inclusive communities.
Gender is one of many cross-cutting paradigms that AAN Associates strives to examine and include in each of its assignments. This strong sense of sensibility is ingrained in AANs practices and relationships and is featured in all our roles, be they advisory, participatory or as an evaluator.
