Muhammad Arif is a Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation professional with over eight years of extensive experience in designing and executing research and M&E strategies, documenting and reporting diverse developmental projects, and coordinating field affairs of M&E activities. Arif has participated in various Evaluation and Monitoring activities of USAID and has worked with some of the leading International Development consultancy firms, including the Management Systems International. He holds an MPhil in International Development Studies and has authored journal papers and book chapters. Arif has diverse and interdisciplinary research interests, including Development Sociology, Deviance, Crime, and Social Control, ICT4D, and Urbanization.
